ELECTRONIC REFUNDS

The Business Office encourages you to set up a direct deposit account for refunds that may be issued to you while you are attending CACC. This is a safe and secure method to receive your funds directly to the checking or savings account that you set up on your profile. Please note, the banking information provided is only visible to you. When refunds are processed you will receive an email that an electronic refund has been processed to your account. The funds will be posted to the checking/savings account set up on your profile within 3 to 5 business days.

HOW TO SET UP ELECTRONIC REFUND:

  1. Go to www.cacc.edu
  2. Click ONEACCS
  3. Log in with your email and password that matches your CACC email
  4. Click the tab in the middle
  5. Click Student Landing Page
  6. Click Make Payments
  7. Click the hyper link “Refund Account Setup” in the middle of the page Please review data entry carefully as you enter account information. The bank will post exactly as the numbers are entered.

*Please remember to update your account information on your profile if you change/close accounts.
